The Northland 5K for Food Allergy is back for our 3rd year with a NEW STARTING LOCATION, but all the same family-friendly, food allergy fun you’ve come to expect!

REGISTER FOR THE 2025 NORTHLAND 5K

DATE: May 24, 2025

TIME: 8:00am start time for 5K
TIME: 9-9:30am start time for Kid Fun Run

LOCATION: **NEW** Endion Station-Lakewalk
in Canal Park, 200 Lake Place, Duluth, Minnesota

This 3.1 mile out and back run/walk (on the Lakewalk) will begin and end at Endion Station in Canal Park, Duluth, MN. There will be awards for the top male and female finishers and prize drawings for all registered 5K participants!

We will once again be hosting a FREE Kids’ Fun Run for anyone 12 and under immediately following the 5K, expected start time will be between 9-9:30am.

Allergy-conscious food/beverages will be enjoyed after the event. Additionally, there will be lawn games, kids activities, allergy-aware business/product info and samples to take home, as well as representation from the Duluth Fire Fighters and EMT staff.

Online registration will be open until the start of the 5K at 8am on May 24, 2025. This year your registration will include a 5K shirt or ALEIA Project beanie. You may also choose the ‘No Swag’ option during registration which means you will NOT receive a shirt or hat. Registrations after May 7, 2025 will not include any race-day swag.

Registration Pricing Structure:

February 1, 2025 – April 30, 2025 — $35

May 1, 2025 to May 24, 2025 — $40

Kid Fun Run is free. Please register so bibs can be assigned.

Free will donations and same day registration will be accepted.
